Dr.-Ing. Jens Grünewald has been Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at the Brückner Group since 2013. In his role he also coordinates numerous group-wide topics, including activities on the topic of “digitalization”.

After studying mechanical engineering and earning his doctorate with a focus on plastics processing at RWTH Aachen University, Jens first worked for an international consumer goods manufacturer in the area of technology scouting and optimization of packaging processes. He then moved to a leading global strategy consultancy, where he led numerous projects in the process and capital goods industries. After that, Jens returned to the plastics industry and gained extensive operational experience as Head of Sales & Operational Planning at a global window profile manufacturer.
