Dr. Natalya Baltrukovich has many years of professional experience in the life science sector and pharmaceutical industry in the areas of research, project management, business development, licensing, product launch, portfolio management, strategy development, supply chain management and strategic planning.
During her career, she managed numerous negotiations for collaborations and licensing deals with biotech and pharmaceutical companies, with the goal of expanding the product portfolio.
With a PhD in Biophysics and an MBA degree, she is curious and open-minded in her search for disruptive technologies and breakthrough innovations. One of her strengths is to combine scientific innovation with commercial potential.
She enjoys spending her free time hiking, biking and canoeing with her family and is an active member of HBA, Healthcare Businesswomens Association.
