“Change through innovation” – this is the guiding principle when the BMWK invites to the Innovation Day SME to Berlin-Pankow on June 15, 2023. The open-air event will illustrate the forward-looking success of innovative SMEs as well as the effectiveness of the federal government’s innovation funding, which is open to all topics and sectors..
Around 300 exhibitors will present the results of their funded research and development projects at Innovation Day, illustrating the wealth of ideas and innovative strength of small and medium-sized enterprises. On a tour of the exhibition grounds, visitors will gain impressions and information about new products, processes and services whose development was supported with federal funding, based on vivid exhibits.
The event’s diverse program will be supplemented in advance by interactive webinars on all aspects of BMWK innovation funding. In addition, a matchmaking platform will offer networking opportunities with future potential partners from industry and research.
On site, interested parties from companies and research institutions, as well as founders, can find out more about the BMWK’s numerous funding initiatives and programs along the broad innovation funding concept. From the idea to market success and the extensive funding opportunities offered by the federal government. In addition to speed-pitch sessions on the focus topics of sustainability and climate protection, digital as well as health, innovation policy discussions and support offers for initiating transnational cooperation – with a special focus on this year’s guest country Canada – round off the event.
