Alica works as Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions in the finance department of Jungheinrich AG, Hamburg. Besides the management of M&A projects, she is responsible for the management of the HTGF fund investment, setting up and coordinating Jungheinrich’s corporate venturing activities as well as cooperations with start-ups. Previously, she gained several years of experience in a mid-cap M&A boutique as well as in investment controlling of several mechanical engineering companies.
