About the company

Palveera is a brand of LEON Mobility GmbH and emerged from the operations of XOO, the charging infrastructure with integrated advertising. Palveera is developing an edge AI platform that enables real-time interpretation of physical environments and makes the information gathered available via a shared event and context layer—either through an API to existing operational, security, and analytics systems or through its own applications.

The platform operates in two stages. At the deployment site, edge AI models process multimodal signals from cameras, microphones, and environmental and IoT sensors, translating them into anonymous, structured events. Continuous video and audio data never leave the site. On-site responses occur locally and without an internet connection.

In the backend, events from all sites are linked across sensors, locations, and time to form context relevant to decision-making. This reveals recurring, previously unidentified patterns. After validation, these patterns give rise to new missions that are rolled out as software to the existing network without having to build a new sensor and data stack for each use case. The platform is vendor-neutral and integrates both existing and proprietary sensor technology.

Palveera pursues a dual-use approach. In the civilian sector, the platform enables applications for operational optimization, environmental and traffic analyses, digital outdoor advertising, and the monitoring of technical facilities. In the security sector, the same technological foundation supports the detection of theft, break-ins, sabotage, drones, and other anomalies at technical facilities, critical infrastructure, and in public spaces. The distributed architecture is designed to generate cross-location situational awareness for moving objects such as drones—information that a single sensor cannot provide.
