Tilmann Petersen, International Business Economist, has been part of the start-up ecosystem since 2009 and brings with him a great enthusiasm for innovation and innovators.

Starting in 2009 on the investor side at a family holding company, he then quickly moved to the start-up side in the biotech and life science space (recombinant silk proteins for medical devices, stem cells for leukemia therapies and light-activatable small molecules in oncology) as well as at a digital marketplace developer both as a co-founder and in management with a focus on the phases between seed funding and Series C funding rounds. From 2011 to 2014, as CFO of Pioneers.io, he was involved in the expansion of the startup ecosystem and the networking and consulting of startups and established companies.
