What drives you?
I am driven by the link between business and technology. I want to use technology to solve real problems and create measurable improvements – from the initial idea to strategic implementation.
What fascinates you about the pre-seed/seed phase?
I like the transformation from an idea to a viable business model. This is the phase where the potential for value creation is highest.
What positive developments have there been over the past five years?
Access to AI and cloud technologies has lowered barriers to entry. This enables start-ups to drive innovation faster and more cost-effectively.
What image do you like to use to describe your job?
For me, the job is like being a gardener: you look for the most promising seeds, encourage growth and protect against risks until a strong tree emerges.
