As founding partner at ifMagic Ventures, Curtis invests in early stage technology companies led by entrepreneurs who have a passion and mission to make the world a happier place. Prior to founding ifMagic Ventures, Curtis was an investor at High Tech Gründerfonds, where he led early stage investments in over a dozen startups, including the fund’s first international investments. Curtis continues to assist High Tech Gründerfonds as the fund’s Venture Partner in Silicon Valley. Before becoming a startup investor, Curtis founded a Venture Capital-backed consumer electronics company, hField Technologies, which he led for six years. At Lehigh University, Curtis was awarded an IBE Business and Computer Engineering degree, followed later by a Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
