Viola joined the Industrial Tech Investment Team in December 2024. In addition to her studies in medical technology, she has already gained a wide range of professional experience. During her Master’s degree in Management at the Technical University of Munich, she deepened her knowledge of the startup world through positions in venture capital with a focus on deep tech investments at UnternehmerTUM and Omnes Capital in Paris as well as in venture building at Fraunhofer. She is also a scholarship holder of the Manage & More program of UnternehmerTUM.
In her free time, Viola is actively involved in initiatives and can often be found in nature, be it cycling, kayaking or other outdoor activities.

Four questions for …

What inspires you outside of work?

I like to try out new things – improv, comedy or outdoor sports. It’s most fun with friends, because the best memories are made together.

What do you appreciate about Germany as a place for business?

Germany offers startups opportunities, but is also challenging. Those who succeed here can succeed anywhere. Challenges promote innovation.

What distinguishes the HTGF team?

What fascinates you about pre-seed/seed phases?

I’m excited about this phase because you can support founders at an early stage, advance technologies and work on tomorrow’s ideas today.
