Sport. I enjoy playing padel, working out at the gym and playing football from time to time.

I am motivated by people and the opportunity to help them reach their potential. I want to drive value creation in Germany while contributing to positive change in the world. I prefer to achieve goals as part of a team.

The decisive factors are the ability to obtain early and unfiltered feedback, clear prioritisation (80/20 rule) as well as resilience and creativity in order to develop new approaches from setbacks.

I listen actively, take feedback seriously and admit my own mistakes. At the same time, I clearly state my position and communicate directly but respectfully. I am an approachable person and have an eye for detail.
