As a Relationship Manager / HR Consultant, Julia manages the placement of managers, council members and service providers in the HTGF portfolio as well as the maintenance of the expert network. She is in charge of the HTGF Scouts and network partners in the regions of Hessen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Saxony-Anhalt. Julia also coordinates the HTGF Academy.
In addition to working at HTGF, she studies M.A. Human Resources Development at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

For many years, she has worked in international development cooperation and supervised the assignment of specialists and managers abroad.
