## Frage

What excites you outside of work?

What fascinates you about the pre-seed/seed stage?

What qualities do others appreciate about you?

What do you like most about your job?

## Antwort

In my free time, I enjoy going jogging, playing tennis, or having a game of padel. But when it comes to unwinding, nothing beats a good card game.

I’m fascinated by the fact that everything is still open at the pre-seed/seed stage—you form hypotheses based on limited information and find out what works.

My resilience and perseverance—staying calm in difficult situations, finding solutions, and not letting myself get discouraged.

Working with ambitious people who take responsibility, drive things forward, and want to make an impact.
