# Passion![](https://www.htgf.de/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Marker-heart-white.png)
_for tech_

We are founders and visionaries, we come from a business and scientific background – with a unique wealth of experience in early-stage investments. What unites us is an instinct for tech startups that are shaping our future. We have the contacts and connect the right minds and resources. Tech minds meet business impact: that’s what defines us as a team – and makes us one of the leading players in venture capital.

> > _“No two days are alike here._I have been part of the HTGF team since 2008 and part of the management team since 2023. I believe there is hardly another field that is as inspiring and varied as venture capital, where you learn so much about the power of world-changing technologies, entrepreneurship and the success factors of startups. It is a privilege to work with founders whose ideas have the potential to change the world.”
