Innovation meets strong partners

On 1st February 2012 High-Tech Gründerfonds is holding the third High-Tech Partnering Conference in Bonn. The technology conference has become a pivotal networking platform between innovative technology companies and the established industry. Awaiting the approx. 200 high-ranking representatives from industry and commerce is a mixture of demanding specialist workshops, prominent keynote speakers and top-class panel discussions.

Get in touch – under this motto, the High-Tech Partnering Conference is initiating cooperation between innovative high-tech start-ups and major corporations. After all, how does industry attain future-oriented technologies? How can start-ups utilize the synergies and sharing expertise of corporations? The technology conference has established itself as a unique platform laying the foundation for successful cooperation between big and small.

Over 200 one-to-one meetings have already been organized for this purpose. Industry representatives will also be coming together with the innovative high-tech companies from High-Tech Gründerfonds’ portfolio in six workshops focusing on the topics of cleantech, automation, cloud computing & IT infrastructure, web-based business models as well as medical technology and biotechnology.

High-Tech Gruenderfonds invests in young, high potential high-tech start-ups. The seed financing provided is designed to enable start-ups to take an idea through prototyping and to market launch. Typically, High-Tech Gruenderfonds invests EUR 500,000 in the seed stage, with the potential for up to a total of EUR 2 million per portfolio company in follow-on financing. Investors in this public/private partnership include the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, the KfW Banking Group, as well as twelve industrial groups of ALTANA, BASF, B.
