Tom Gales is the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at the medical and safety technology company Drägerwerk AG & Co.KGaA, based in Lübeck, Germany. Tom is responsible for the full M&A and investment process, for both strategic acquisitions and Corporate Venturing, having joined the company in 2014. Prior to joining Dräger, he worked at the industrial services company KAEFER Isoliertechnik in Bremen, Germany also in an M&A function. Tom studied International Management at the University of Bath in England, and has been living in Germany for over 15 years.
