As managing director and owner of Schaar-Goldapp Consulting GmbH, Anja advises on the development of digital business models and value creation with AI methods. As a graduate computer scientist, she contributes her more than 25 years of expertise in leading start-ups from the founding phase to maturity and exit. The start-ups she founded and developed were taken over by international companies, such as Airpas Aviation AG from the NASDAQ-listed US company SABRE, Lineas Informationstechnik GmbH from TechMahindra in India and c4c Engineering GmbH from BDStar in China. The sale of all shares was followed by the founding of Schaar-Goldapp Consulting GmbH in 2019. In addition, she is a member of the supervisory board of IT companies and spokesperson for the economic advisory board of the Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V.
